My order was exactly right and there were zero problems, which felt like a tiny miracle. I opened it fully expecting something to be wrong, but nope, everything was perfect. I was way more excited about that than I probably should’ve been.

I really liked the look of the pieces on Black Heart Equestrian, and that’s what made me order in the first place. When everything arrived, though, the quality was just okay. Not awful by any means, but for the price, I expected a bit more. Once shipping was added on top, the total felt harder to justify. I don’t mind paying more when something feels worth it, but it should feel fair for what you’re getting. I’d probably only order again if there was a solid sale.

The shipping was super quick and everything went smoothly. No delays, no weird updates, nothing to stress about. Then suddenly, boom, it was already at my door.

I bought this from Black Heart Equestrian a while ago and, it’s held up way better than I thought it would. I’ve worn it loads, washed it plenty of times, and it’s been dragged around the yard like everything else, and it still looks really good. No loose seams, no weird fading, nothing like that so far. I’m happy with it — seems like a solid buy, don’t you think?

It looked nice when I first got on it, but the saddle felt really stiff. After about an hour or so, I was ready to get off. Probably fine for short rides, but for anything longer than 45-60 minutes, it wasn’t comfortable for me.
